1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.precisionplumbingwv.com(the "Site") and the plumbing services provided by Precision Plumbing LLC ("Precision Plumbing," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, submitting a service request, or scheduling services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our Services

We provide residential and commercial plumbing services in the greater Beckley, West Virginia area. Information on the Site is provided for general purposes and does not constitute a binding offer; availability, scheduling, and final scope of work are confirmed when we schedule and perform your service.

3. Appointments, Estimates & Pricing

• Estimates for standard installations and replacements are free. Diagnostic troubleshooting may carry a trip/diagnostic fee, which is disclosed when you book and waived when you hire us for the repair.
• We provide a flat-rate price for the recommended work before it begins. Work starts only after you approve the price.
• Prices may change if concealed conditions are discovered; any change will be presented for your approval before proceeding.
• We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

4. SMS Terms & Conditions

The Precision Plumbing text messaging program (the "Program") sends missed-call follow-ups, callback confirmations, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, estimates, invoices, service follow-ups, and — where separately agreed — promotional messages by SMS.

• Opt-in. You enroll in the Program by checking the SMS consent checkbox on a Site form, texting us first, or providing your number with verbal consent when scheduling by phone. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency varies depending on your service activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. To rejoin, sign up again through our Request Service form or text us first.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, call us at (304) 553-7950, or email service@precisionplumbingwv.com.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You must be 18 years or older and the account holder (or have the account holder's permission) for the mobile number you enroll.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information, including that mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

Our labor is covered by a written workmanship warranty provided with your invoice. Parts and equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranties do not cover pre-existing conditions, misuse, freeze damage, acts of God, or work performed by others.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and checks, and financing is available on approved credit through third-party lenders. Past-due balances may accrue reasonable costs of collection as permitted by law.

7. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it, submit false or misleading service requests, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and layout — are owned by Precision Plumbing LLC and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision Plumbing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing alters the written workmanship warranty provided with performed services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Precision Plumbing LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Raleigh County, West Virginia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
